HOW TO CONSIGN

Consignment split:

55% to Consignors, 45% to of Things Past
 

Prices on merchandise are held firm for 60 days.

Merchandise will be reduced as follows:

15% after 60 days, 10% every 30 days thereafter.

After 6 months items will be priced at our discretion.
 

Merchandise remains the consignor’s until sold. The consignor may take back the furniture at any time, however items must be picked up within one week as storage charges will apply.

After one year, unsold items may be donated.
 

All merchandise must be approved by on-site visit or by photos.
 

There is a $20 appraisal fee for home appointments. Cheques are created the first week of the month following the sale of merchandise and mailed to the consignor.
 

Delivery of the merchandise to our showroom is the responsibility of the consignor. We will be pleased to recommend reliable and reasonable movers.
